Summer is a good time for reading mysteries and even though my summer is coming to an end, I picked up The Marshal at the Villa Torrini by Magdalen Nabb a the library this week. There was something very inviting about the cover. I have been reading a lot of books set in the UK but a mystery set in Florence sounded like a good way to close out my summer reading list. I just began reading this morning but I don’t think this one will take long to finish and if Marshal Guarnaccia is as interesting as he seems so far, it looks like Nabb has a number of other books that I can check out.
Happy Sunday.
It sounds interesting. There is a mystery series set in Venice that I enjoy. I may have to look for this one too.
