What’s the most serious book you’ve read recently?
(I figure it’s easier than asking your most serious boook ever, because, well, it’s recent!)
I read A Mercy by Toni Morrison and Home by Marilynne Robinson last month. I think I would describe both of them as serious. Last year I read a number of books(both fiction and non-fiction) about Rwanda – now those were serious.
